Allison Stugan

Allison first joined the Megro Benefits Company as Technology Coordinator in 2014. When Megro became Fairmount Benefits in 2020, Allison was an integral part of the transition as the Team Lead of Client Services and Technology. She is now a key member of the leadership team. She has been the leader of several systems implementations throughout her tenure, including benefit administration systems, CSM software, and cloud storage transitions. She is an expert on Employee Navigator and streamlining client processes by establishing data connections between vendors.

As a member of the leadership team, Allison excels in team building, collaboration, and IDS—identifying, discussing, and solving problems effectively. She also coordinates with clients, account managers, and the client service team to implement benefit administration systems, process 1095 reporting, and provide quality support to clients.

She currently resides in West Chester with her husband Greg, daughter Eve, and Berniedoodle Archie. During her free time, she enjoys traveling, working on home projects and renovations, and, as a foodie, sampling all kinds of restaurants and foods. During the summer, you’ll find her at the beach most weekends.
