Dan Yannarella

Dan Yannarella joined Fairmount Benefits in October 2021 in a Business Development Position, where he strategically implements employee benefit solutions for business owners and helping them attract, retain, and reward employees.

Prior to joining the Fairmount Benefits team, Dan spent over 5 years working as a financial advisor for MassMutual. Originally working with individuals, families, and pre-retirees, in 2018 he transitioned his focus to the Worksite Division which focused on voluntary benefits for large businesses. Over that time, Dan has developed a strong understanding of business owners and their employee’s needs.

Dan’s top priority has been exceeding client expectations through long term relationships and providing attentive service.

Out of the office Dan loves to golf, root for Philadelphia teams, and spend time with family and friends.
